To register a camper

1. Download and print all forms below.(requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) 2010 FAC Brochure 2010 Camper Registration Packet
2. With the forms, send a check or money order payable to Faith Church of the Valley for the registration amount (you can send the entire amount if you like) to:

To Apply to be a Junior Counselor, Dishwasher

1. Download and print all forms below. (You must be 14 or older, having finished 8th grade.)
   2010 JC Application

Qualified applicants are accepted on a first come, first served basis. The Director will let you know if you have been accepted.

All positions are volunteer, non-paid positions. CPR training is required. Background checks and fingerprinting are required if over the age of 18.

To Apply to be an Adult Senior Counselor, Nurse or Activities Director

1. Download and print all forms below. (You must be 19 or older, having graduated from high school.)
