Women

Heart of Faith Women’s Ministry is an expression of the Hearts of Faith in our church body. We purpose to help women know Jesus through the truth of His Word, experience Him in the fellowship of His love, and live like Him by the power of His Spirit. Through Bible studies, retreats and conferences, and special events designed to encourage fellowship and relationship building, women are encouraged and equipped to grow in and live out the love of Jesus. We recognize the diverse gifting of every woman and invite all ages to serve and grow with us in ministering to one another in the body of Christ. Come join our heartbeat!
Our Ministry Purpose
To facilitate spiritual growth and relationships by offering environments and opportunities that befit a woman’s unique wiring, To equip women to find and fulfill their callings in the home, in the church, and in the world.

Joy of Living Study—Philippians & Colossians are letters written to churches in the cities of Philippi and Colossae by the apostle Paul. Philippians may be summed up by the word joy: joy in living, joy in service, joy in fellowship, and joy in rewards. Christ is the secret of our joy. Colossians proclaims Christ as the Head of the body. He is our life, and we are complete in Him. Paul urges us to be rooted in Jesus, to be built up in Him, to be hidden in Him, and to present Him to the world.

Before Spring Break arrives and we are all going different directions, take a look at the March plans!
We are planning a day together at the Tempe Spring Festival of the Arts on Mill Avenue. It should be a wonderful day of walking and talking at our leisure!
The group will meet at Restaurant Mexico on Mill for an early lunch at 11:00 am. From there, we will wander through the art festival until….????
Due to the nature of this event and it’s location, some of you may choose to park in the Hayden Square Garage on Maple St. OR take the light rail in from a convenient location for you. Please check the website for locations and prices that best fit you.
This should allow flexibility for those who would like to come at the end of lunch or those who may need to leave earlier than others. We will also make sure everyone signed up has our cell phone numbers.
Hope to see you there!

Want to be on a team, yet don’t know where you might fit in?

Mug-n-Muffin would like some new ladies added to their team to help with ideas as well as setting up and tearing down at our events.
The Service Team is comprised of ladies who do not have time to be in a group that has continual demands. This team of ladies will have their names listed and available to the HOF team to call upon when they need help. This help might be helping at an event, cutting out materials, tearing down, serving food…the list goes on and on. When called, you choose and decide if you can or would like to do the task being asked.
